Record Bank and Web-Fi chose to conduct tests to identify ways of improving the various online application processes for Record Bank (both opening accounts online, ànd making an appointment). The various CTA’s and online processes were selected for testing. The ultimate aim of the activity was to increase visitor engagement and conversions by making it quicker and easier to complete the online forms. The conversion tests were run through Google Anaytics tools and Visual Website Optimizer to provide Record Bank with accurate results as a basis for decision-making.
The Web-Fi team worked closely with Record Bank to identify key layout elements in the landing pages of their online application process. Variations of the landing pages were tested with different combinations of the design elements. The Web-Fi team helped Record Bank select the variations to test against the original page.
